Some of our clients say this is especially helpful since it  saves them so much time. Usually we can we can have this done within hours of your initial call or e-mail! If you would like, we will at this time perform a “punch-list” of needed repairs complete with estimated costs that will be necessary to bring the house up for sale. Once given the “go-ahead” we will rapidly get right to work bringing the property to show ready condition!
